The Market Subcommittee (MSC) provides input and policy guidance to the Advisory Committee on all market activities including but not limited to transmission, energy, capacity, FTR, credit and ancillary services. The MSC reviews and considers the elements of existing and future market designs and implementation. The MSC will conduct ongoing evaluations of market mechanisms and suggest refinements as necessary.
