The Compensation for Restoration Energy Task Team (CRETT) exists to refine the scope and approach for the issue of Compensation for Restoration Energy as outlined in the Compensation for Restoration Energy White Paper.  The final recommendation for approval is to be provided at the Market Subcommittee.
