The Entergy Regional State Committee provides collective state regulatory agency input on the operations of and upgrades to the Entergy Transmission System, including issues relating to the MISO Independent Coordinator of Transmission. The ERSC is comprised of retail regulatory commissioners from agencies in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and the Council of the City of New Orleans.
