August 2026 Rate Changes

Rate changes were processed for the following item:

Schedules 26, 37, & 38:

FERC Order EL22-34 implements resettlement of the 50-basis-point ROE adder for ATSI (FirstEnergy) and Duke Energy Ohio. Ohio’s RTO participation mandate means the ROE adder is not an incentive and should not have been billed. The August update revises revenue requirements to establish the end of the refund period (back to February 24, 2022), with limited Attachment GG scope. These changes primarily affect Schedule 26 distributions, with minor adjustments in Schedules 37 and 38 tied to legacy project allocations.

Preliminary transmission (Day 1) monthly settlement files for August 2026 will be posted to the market portal by 8am September 2, 2026. The files end with _D2.txt or _D2.xlsx

Final transmission (Day 1) monthly settlement files for August 2026 will be posted to the market portal by 8am September 8, 2026. The files end with _TS0.txt or _TS0.xlsx
