April 2026 Rate Changes

Rate changes were processed for the following item:

Schedules 7, 8 & 9:

Sam Houston Electric Cooperative (“SHECO”) filed an updated Attachment O to replace the version previously used under its former agency arrangement with ETEC (East Texas Electric Cooperative). The new filing updates the template to reflect SHECO’s transition to stand‑alone Transmission Owner status in MISO and revises the associated formula rate template and protocols. These revisions shift SHECO’s Annual Transmission Revenue Requirement (ATRR) from a historical calculation approach to a forward‑looking methodology. These changes result in corresponding updates to SHECO’s Schedule 7, 8, and 9 Revenue Requirements.

The MISO average rate increased by 0.04%.

Preliminary transmission (Day 1) monthly settlement files for April 2026 will be posted to the market portal by 8am May 4, 2026. The files end with _D2.txt or _D2.xlsx

Final transmission (Day 1) monthly settlement files for April 2026 will be posted to the market portal by 8am May 7, 2026. The files end with _TS0.txt or _TS0.xlsx
