This issue was originally RSC003 submitted in 2013 and resubmitted to the MSC November 2018.

Updates

Changed phase from FERC to Complete (issue is now Closed). FERC accepted the requested implementation date of June 28, 2020. There is no "Validation" phase necessary because the change is a tariff revision adding Schedule 52.
